Dalian Walker-Eberspancher Automobile Automotive Exhaust systems Co., Ltd. (WEAES)was established in Novermber of 2003.It is a sino-American joint venture with automobile exhaust systems as its core products. The American partner-Tenneco Automotive is one of the largest manufacturers of automobile exhaust systems, shock absorbers and related parts. Walker, the subsidiary of Tenneco, established in 1888,is one of the main market leaders in designing and producing automobile exhaust systems and related parts in the world. The main products of Walker are mufflers, converters, manifolds and other parts for exhaust systems. In addition, Walker can also supply high-quality mufflers with electronic technology. TA intends to hold 30% of the total equity share. Eberspaecher is the original exhaust supplier for most of the targeted products of the JV, and intends to hold 45% of the total equity share. Dalian Walker Gillet Automobile Muffler Co., Ltd. is registered at Jinzhou District, Da lian, with the business scope of manufacture and sale of vehicle exhaust systems. As the Sino-foreign equity joint venture where TA holds the majority and the largest manufacturing base of TA in China, and intends to hold 25% of the total equity share. 　　In our plant ,there are over 20 stuffs .The total amount of investment necessary for the Company 2020 thousands $,At present, we are supplying exhaust systems with three customer for FAW-VW/BMW-Brilliance/Benz, products consist of E60 /318I/325I of BMW, at the same time ,consist of 1.8T/2.4L/3.0L of AUDI A4,Benz was in the process of developmen 　　Dalian Walker-Eberspancher Automobile Automotive Exhaust systems Co., Ltd. Changchun Workshop, as a JIT Workshop of WEAES was established in 2003. The aim of the establishment is to satisfy the JIT requirement of OE customers and reduce transport cost.
